Footminders® Orthotic Technology:
Biomechanical Support and Cushioning!

Based on years of biomechanical research, Footminders orthotics were developed by podiatrists (foot specialists) to provide longitudinal and metatarsal support and to correct posture and body biomechanics. Footminders orthotic insoles greatly reduce over-pronation, preventing foot strain and injury and providing exceptional walking comfort.

Footminders® Orthotics
Correct over-pronation, helping to realign your entire lower body

The foot is designed to adapt to different types of surfaces and absorb shock and impact during walking and running. At the same time, the foot must be capable of changing into a rigid structure to stabilize and move the body forward. This is known as ‘normal foot function’. However, most of us suffer (to a degree) from abnormal foot function which can throw the whole body off, causing pain and injury.

Footminders insoles help to correct many other lower body ailments, such as:

and many other lower body health complaints such as tired, aching feet and legs.

An estimated 70% of the population suffer from ‘over-pronation’ – or rolling inwards of the feet and ankles, and collapsing of the arches.

Orthotic insoles are designed to control over-pronation and to restore our natural foot function. Orthotic insoles re-align the foot and ankle bones to their natural position, thereby restoring proper foot movement. In turn, this helps alleviate many biomechanical complaints such as heel pain, knee pain, and lower back pain. In addition, foot orthotics ensure our weight is more evenly distributed over the foot, taking pressure of sore spots – especially in the heel and ball of foot areas.

Orthotics can be of great assistance to almost everyone; from children to the elderly, to professional athletes. Especially people who are on their feet all day (tradesmen, shop assistants, nurses, hospitality workers, teachers etc etc) will benefit from wearing an orthotic.

Orthotics benefit anyone with foot pain or discomfort – including high heel wearers – or people who have problems with their knees or back.
